DCF analysis
Discounted cash flow model with explicit historical and forecast segments, sensitivity to WACC and terminal growth.
Build a model block with periods for the last 4 historical years and 5 forecast years. Line items: revenue, revenue growth, EBIT margin, EBIT, tax rate, NOPAT, D&A, capex, change in NWC, unlevered FCF. Use analyst estimates for the first forecast years where available, then fade growth toward a terminal rate. Add assumptions for WACC and terminal growth, compute enterprise value with npv() plus a terminal value, subtract net debt, divide by diluted shares to get value per share. Include a small table of value per share across three WACC and three terminal-growth values. State the implied upside or downside versus the current price and be explicit that DCF outputs are highly sensitive to assumptions. Cite every number you use. Prefer primary data (financial statements, filings, official statistics) over commentary. When you show a time series, put it in a chart block via a dataRef and let the stats engine describe its shape; then interpret the shape in the bullets. State plainly what you could not verify.
