Go-to-market analysis
Sales motion, channels, customer acquisition economics and distribution advantages.
Map the go-to-market: direct vs channel, enterprise vs self-serve, geographic reach, partnerships. Use sales and marketing expense versus revenue growth to estimate efficiency and chart it. Assess customer concentration and retention where disclosed. Conclude on whether the GTM is a durable advantage or a cost problem. Cite every number you use. Prefer primary data (financial statements, filings, official statistics) over commentary. When you show a time series, put it in a chart block via a dataRef and let the stats engine describe its shape; then interpret the shape in the bullets. State plainly what you could not verify.
